Siblings Jeremy and Meghan; pioneers of Tindakan Innovations, have life experience in agriculture. Growing up on a farm in Boulder County they come from a long line of eco-conscious farmers and educators.
Jeremy Gregory
Co-Founder
Jeremy has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit & socialpreneurial sectors in organization & conceptual development, operations & branding strategies and leadership experience with global & multi-site projects. Jeremy taught innovative farming techniques, permaculture, community-based natural resource management and conservation in Peace Corps Malawi, Africa.

Meghan has over 20 years experience in operations, digital and affiliate marketing, sales, business development, branding strategies, and project management. She has worked for several award-winning global start-ups.

Tony Budden
Tony Budden is a founding partner at Hemporium, South Africa’s premier hemp company. Hemporium has been pioneering the use of industrial cannabis products since 1996 and built Africa’s first Hemp House, which is a recognized WDC 2014 project, and are instrumental in launching this revolutionary new construction material in South Africa. Tony is a globally recognized industrial Cannabis expert having presented multiple keynote addresses on Cannabis cultivation, processing, marketing and futures at International symposiums on Cannabis.
Tanya Clarke
Tanya Clarke is founder and CEO of Invegrow and director of Kawandama Hills Plantation. Tanya is a visionary and renowned leader of sustainable agriculture and cultivation and all things hemp. Tanya has always been committed to social development where she has been integral in building schools, libraries, health clinics and has advocated for eco- social justice initiatives using her endeavors as a platform to achieve these causes.
